Why use Agile Project Manager®In order to determine why you should use Agile Project Manager you need to think about the types of projects you are or want to manage and the types of qualification you want to have.
Traditional project management approaches such as PRINCE2 work well where the client is able to accurately specific exactly what the want and how they will measure once they have got this. In a number of domains this is simply no the case and this is where agile techniques are beneficial. If you are wanting to work on an agile project then training such as Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner is beneficial for these roles. If you want to manage the overall project then this is when Agile Project Manager is excellent. |

As a result Agile Project Manager gives you an excellent structure while at the same time allowing the "agility necessary for delivery".
