PRINCE2 Agile™ Course FormatPRINCE2 Agile is a single stage Practitioner certification. In order to sit the exam you must hold a PRINCE2 Foundation certification. That doesn't stop you from doing the course as you can complete it without the exam (this is a cheaper option as well). We can also assist you if you would like to gain PRINCE2 Foundation. Our PRINCE2 Agile courses are offered as classroom and self study options. Our PRINCE2 Agile courses are certified by the examination body, PEOPLECERT. This certification covers the PRINCE2 Agile content as well as preparation for the Practitioner exam. |
Course Structure and Content
Course Structure
Once you register for the course you are sent the “PRINCE2 Agile” manual and pre-course exercises. At least 10 hours work prior to the course is highly recommended. This pre-course work is one of the key reasons for or high success rates across our exam courses.
The course gives you the full PRINCE2 Agile curriculum and is delivered through presentations, discussions, exercises and exam practice. The course is intensive, running from 8:30 to 5:00 with a recommended additional 2 hours of exam practice each evening.
As outlined above the course consists of presentations, discussions, small group exercises. There is also a sample exams supplied by AXELOS. We provide you with copies of all the course material and quick reference guides. The exercises are scenario based which not only prepares you for the the exam but also real world application of PRINCE2 Agile.

Trainers
Unique to our approach will be delivery by agilePete and Paul. As PRINCE2 Agile combines the knowledge and skills in both PRINCE2 and Agile we believe that the trainers should represent the hands on expertise of both.
Exam
The Practitioner Exam is a 2 ½ hour open book, scenario based, multiple choice exam. It is open book with you being able to use the PRINCE2 Agile manual. There are 50 questions each worth one mark. You must correctly answer 30 (60%) or more marks to pass. The exam is marked electronically by PEOPLECERT and participants receive their result in less than a week.

The 3 day Practitioner course give you the full PRINCE2 Agile curriculum, application in differing environments as how to adapt it to specific scenarios.

- Give you an understanding of the specific focus areas of PRINCE2 Agile guidance.
- Expand your understanding of the principles and philosophies underpinning PRINCE2 can and should be applied to the Agile environment.
- Provide detailed explanations of how the PRINCE2 elements should be applied with Agile.
- Provide you with experience in applying PRINCE2 Agile in different project environments.
- Prepare participants for PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner Certification

Practitioner Prerequisites
As noted above in order to sit the exam you must hold a current PRINCE2 Practitioner certification. We can either assist you to gain this or you can enrol for the course without the exam. We can also offer you the option of taking the exam at a later date.
