About Project Results Training
Who we are
Project Results (http://www.projectresults.co.nz/) runs PRINCE2 and MSP Foundation and Practitioner courses which have been developed by Aspire Australasia Pty Ltd, a PRINCE2 Accredited Training Organisation (ATO). We have been running PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner courses for the past 3 years for specific organisations and as part of a public schedule. Our training delivery is overseen by Aspire Australasia Pty Ltd who have over 10 years experience in PRINCE2 course delivery.
High quality approach
We have a very high quality approach which focuses not only on passing the exams but also on applying PRINCE2 and MSP after course completion. As Senior Trainer I use many practical examples from my 20 years of experience as a hands-on project and programme manager and adjust the course delivery to meet the needs of the attendees. Along with being a highly experienced Project and Programme Manager I have an active consulting and coaching practice which allows me to be current with real life needs. And as mentioned above I have very high pass rates.
Everything included
Included in the course is pre-course work, courseware, quick reference sheets, fees for the exams and certification fee. We give you access to templates and are readily available for ad-hoc advice, ongoing consultancy and support.
Inspiring Projects has developed an extensive collection of templates and examples which participants have access to after course completion. Along with blank templates there are completed examples to demonstrate practical application. These are for participants own development for use on the projects they are running. We believe they are the most comprehensive set of templates offered as part of PRINCE2 training and are an invaluable aid for participants applying the method after course completion. We have an approach which supports you both before, during and after the course. We offer support before the course on any queries you might have. Our flexible delivery style allows the course to address your real life issues.
Focus on pre-course work
The feedback we have received to date is that Project Results has the strongest focus on pre-course work. As soon as participants register they receive the manual and pre-course exercises. They also get regular encouragements to study and support.
