Paul Sutton is focused on capability development of individuals and organisations. Paul is the Senior Trainer and Lead Consultant for Project Results. He is a Registered Trainer in PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile, MSP (Managing Successful Programmes), Management of Portfolios (MoP), Better Business Cases (BBC) and Change Management. He is also a PMP (Project Management Professional) as certified by PMI (the Project Management Institute). Along with training he has active consulting practice in the pragmatic application of all of these combined with his more than 20 years of experience as a project and programme manager.

Geoff Rankins is an experienced consultant, executive and project director with almost 40 years’ experience helping clients manage and realise the benefits of their investments in projects and portfolios. He is convinced of the importance of well-formed and well-governed projects and programmes to organisational success and offers specialist services in project and programme management as a consultant, coach, trainer and presenter. He is a registered trainer in PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile, AgilePM, MSP, MoP, P3O , MoV , MoR Managing Benefits and BBC.

He has practical experience in all areas of software development and for the last 10+ years has worked exclusively with agile project teams or organisations wanting to migrate to an agile way of working.
He specialises in helping project managers, product owners and scrum masters understand how to effectively lead agile projects. He is a full member of the Institute of IT Professionals New Zealand (IITP), a member of the IIBA and the Agile Professionals Network, a Certified Scrum Master, a Certified Scrum Product Owner and also a Certified PRINCE2 Practitioner. For more details see agilePete page. Lewis Weatherall is New Zealand's leading authority on the Better Business Cases (BBC) process and practice. As the principal and director of his successful consulting business, Business Case Consulting Limited, Lewis has assisted a extensive portfolio of clients to successfully apply BBC in practice to inform their decision-making. Lewis is the most experienced BBC trainer in Australasia, having trained over 600 Public and private sector practitioners and reviewers on how to best apply the Better Business Cases methodology.
