​Geoff Rankins is Australasia's expert in business best practice.  He is committed to helping organisations improve their approach to planning and delivering portfolios, programmes and projects (P3), associated organisational change, supporting organisational groups and methods, and business case development and maintenance.  
Agile Project Manager Life Cycle
​Geoff assists organisations to improve their P3 management maturity, and individuals to develop their professional capabilities, through maturity assessment, development of integrated management methods, training, executive briefing, coaching, consulting, process improvement and hands-on design, delivery and rescue of P3 initiatives.

​Geoff is a Registered Practitioner in PRINCE2®, MSP®, MoP®, MoV®, M_o_R®, P3O®, AgilePM®, Change Management, Managing Benefits, Facilitation, and Better Business Cases.  His is a registered Advanced Practitioner in MSP, and a Registered PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner. He is a certified Gateway Reviewer and a certified P3M3 assessor.  His depth of understanding of such a broad range of methods has allowed him to understand the overlaps and mismatches, and reconcile these methods for optimal results.  He understands the deficiencies in each method, and how to adopt and tailor guidance from other methods to create a vertically integrated P3 management approach. Geoff also conducts training in business analysis and business modelling.  

Geoff was the developer of this Agile Project Manager course and has many years of experience in the delivery of this course across Australasia.

agilePete is one of New Zealand’s leading Aglie trainers and experts. 

As the coach of numerous agile adoption projects he has developed specialised agile leadership and agile governance practices that help organisations recognise the value of agile as a mainstream delivery approach. He has a passion for guiding organisations through the initial "agile setup" activities that are critical if you want to build "hyper productive" delivery teams.  agilePete is also a popular public speaker having been invited to talk locally and internationally on various agile topics. He is the agile practice director at Petoni Mahi and enjoys coaching agile project teams in the effective use of light weight agile requirements techniques and the application of structure. 

Pete is a co-teacher of this course and brings a whole depth of experience in the application of Agile Project Management.

Paul Sutton is committed to helping organisations raise their Business Case, Project, Programme and Portfolio capability.  To do this Paul has been working with a wide range of organisations developing capability through training, coaching, consulting, process improvement and hands on delivery.

Paul combines in-depth process knowledge with 20 years of pragmatic hands-on experience in business cases, project and programme management.   Paul has a broad picture focus combined with strong analytical thinking.  He is an excellent communicator in both oral and written forms.  He is also a very dynamic and engaging presenter.  As a result he is able to give practical application to a huge range of questions and scenarios.

Paul is a Registered BBC, PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile, MSP trainer and Certified Scrum Master.  He also holds the PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from PMI (Project Management Institute) and is a Gateway Reviewer.

Paul is a co-teacher of this course and brings a depth of experience applying management disciplines to the agile environment.
